I’ve been having the phrase “do less, well” swimming around my mind and I want to honour that as best I can. I’m sort of seeing it like Coco Chanel’s fashion advice of removing one accessory/garment before leaving the house. I want to remove at least one “to do” from my daily list of “to dos” before I even get out of bed!
I also want to commit to 5 mins of meditation/savasana every day.

I need to add drink more water to my list too! What kind of exercise do you like to do?
I love swimming, i try and go at least 3 times a week. It really helps me switch off and put my phone down!
I wish I liked swimming, but I’m not very good at it. I can swim but for some reason I always panic when I am in deeper water
