I love your 3 non-negotiables! I especially like the one about not acting on things but writing things down and revisiting later. That’s a great one!

I’ve been having the phrase “do less, well” swimming around my mind and I want to honour that as best I can. I’m sort of seeing it like Coco Chanel’s fashion advice of removing one accessory/garment before leaving the house. I want to remove at least one “to do” from my daily list of “to dos” before I even get out of bed!

I also want to commit to 5 mins of meditation/savasana every day.
